Stonestreet MicroMovies

MicroMovies are a new filmmaking and storytelling mantra unique to Stonestreet. MicroMovies are short films less than 10 minutes in length, filmed in a single, fully redesigned location, utilizing a micro budget to tell subtle yet impactful stories of humanity.

Stonestreet writes, casts, produces, edits and finishes all MicroMovies in-house. Stonestreet MicroMovies are made with the next generation of performers, writers, creators and innovators, in combination with a diverse group of working industry professionals - building a platform of fresh content that is relevant, inspiring and accessible to the current zeitgeist.

MicroMovies may be stand alone projects or as part of a series, and have been featured on platforms from ShortsTV to FLIXA and other international services. They give the best up and coming talent their first or early film work, including: Miles Teller (Whiplash, Top Gun: Maverick), Rachel Brosnahan (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), Camila Mendes (Riverdale), Beanie Feldstein (Booksmart), Francesca Reale (Stranger Things), Xosha Roquemore (The Mindy Project), Danny Ramirez (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), Rachel Sennott (Shiva Baby), Nik Walker (Hamilton), et al via Stonestreet’s unique Residency Program with NYU Tisch Drama.
